I’ve photographed close to 800 weddings over the past 15 years. If I’m honest, it took me five years to find my feet—and ten to really find my stride. The dedication and hard work were always there, but confidence came with time, experience, and showing up again and again.

Since winning my first award in 2013, I’ve picked up 47 more—including Overall Photographer of the Year and Wedding Photographer of the Year multiple times. Over 20 of those awards have been specifically for wedding photography. But I don’t see awards as the measure of success.

The real work has been learning how to navigate everything a wedding day can throw at you—weather, nerves, timelines, personalities—while staying calm and focused. That comes from experience, from working with couples, venues, and vendors, and from putting in the hours when no one’s watching. I’m proud to say I’ve found my rhythm now, and I genuinely love the place I’m in with this career.
